200 g Brennessel 100 g Knoblauchrauke 200 g angeröstete Sonnenblumenkerne 20 g Salz 1 l Öl Alles mit dem Zuberstab oder in einem Mixer klein pürieren und in Gläser abfüllen. Oben mit Öl bedecken und ab in die Kühlung/Keller.
Schmeckt super lecker. Ist momentan mein favorisierter Brotaufstrich 😊
Wer viel Giersch im Garten hat, der kann statt der Brennessel auch den Giersch verwenden. Ist genauso lecker 😊
